People always want to know fun facts about others and today I think it would be fun to share with you a previous job I had that I think is pretty cool.
Something people don’t know is that NASA isn’t the one making spacesuits it’s actually a company in Frederica, Delaware called The ILC. (International Latex Company) and they have been making them from the beginning.
I could go through the whole thing, but I think this video helps to show what I did better then me trying to write it out.
It really was a fun job and while it took a lot out of me, I love having some awesome space knowledge (like every set of gloves is made for that specific astronaut and they would have to be turned inside out like 200 times before they could go into space) some good memories from this time in my life.

Fun times! The best job I had was being a lifeguard and swim instructor, spending the days in the water and getting tan. Oh to be in college again.

This is awesome. My previous jobs were nothing so interesting…working on the line in a plastics factory was the low point I think! (visiting via #TBTlinkup)

I worked at McDonald's for a couple of years during college doing the counter but there was one day due to lack of staff, they made me wear Grimace the mascot for an outdoor pool party. Â It was a huge purple heavy blob of a costume. Â It was extremely hot inside and I had to do a birthday dance number and take photos with the kids. Â On top of that, since I was the only staff around, I had to serve food and clean up after. Â It only lasted a day and I have huge respect for mascot wearers after that.
